How do I cancel an existing paid site?
To cancel an existing hosting account you must contact customer support by email (support@rwtconsultants.com) or by phone (832-428-9464). Once the site cancellation has been completed, no further invoices will be issued and you will not incur any further charges for that site. Any outstanding invoices must be paid for in full. Once a hosting account is cancelled, the site is deleted permanently and is irretrievable.

If it's likely that you will require your site again in the future we recommend that you back up this site prior to cancellation if you want to keep any of its content.
Can you refund my payment if I cancel a site?
Unfortunately this is not possible. Once yearly or monthly hosting has been paid upfront you are only permitted to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Refunds will not be granted should the billing period not be reached.
Can I transfer hosting fees from one site to another site?
The invoicing is not transferrable between sites whether it is the same site for the same client or a totally different site. In this case you would need to cancel this site. This policy applies both for sites setup on monthly or annual billing.
